Alright. I was never the one to explain the things I come up with, I always thought, if you have to explain it, it's no good. And maybe this is not good either, but after reading most of your comments, I decided to take a stand.
As someone wisely pointed it out, the quote is not about physical dangers. It's ot about bears, killers, spiders, zombies and whatnot. Sorry to disappoint.
What it is about, is that thing we all do. Yeah, you too. We keep running away from our problems, some literally, some not. We drink, we take drugs, we lie, we pretend, we have promiscous sex with strangers, call it what you want, we use every distraction in the book to numb ourselves, forget we have problems, our demons, and let's be honest here, we all have some. It's not until we accept those demons, and ackowledge that we do in deed have problems, that we stop running from something we could not possibly run away from in the first place, because it's been a part of our very selves.
I'm not sure if it makes sense to you, dear viewer, as you might be one of those types of people who don't have any problems with literally anything, or be in such great denial you think you don't have any demons. That's fine. It's just that some people run away. And that's fine, too.
