Although I think that both are fitting, it's prolly the reason you only provided the two options. I think that sometimes, you can feel unmotivated and void of inspiration, but could be able to find it around you, if you go out and search for it. So I voted for "everywhere around you"

Hola, para mi siempre mi inspiracion se basa en mi alrededor, lo que sea, hasta una mosca, cualqueir cosa que se mueva o no, todo me inspira , solo es cuestion de estar en el momento en que algo te pueda inspirar, porque si no lo estas no hay caso.

Both, i think. Sometimes inspiration comes from music or people, and sometimes it comes from emotional experiences, things that have to do with my choices.
